Your staff should not be calculating discounts by hand. The payment system takes the discount off at the point of sale for cash or check, based on the program configuration.

We check it before launch
Before the program goes live, we review the pricing, equipment, customer facing materials and transaction flow against the approved setup.
One thing nobody should promise you
That you will pay zero in processing. Cash customers still pay the cash price, card mix varies month to month, and any estimate is a starting point. Anyone guaranteeing you zero is selling, not explaining.
If the numbers do not justify the change, we will tell you before you change anything.
