Don't buy traffic
until there's somewhere worth sending it.
Growth starts with the website and Visibility work, then adds management of Google Ads or Meta Ads when paid traffic makes sense.
$599 a month when you process with Phase 3. $799 a month standalone. Your advertising spend is separate and billed directly to you by Google or Meta.
Standard Growth management covers up to $3,000 a month in media spend on one advertising platform.
Get the destination ready.
Then pay for the traffic.
Ads amplify whatever they send people to. Before we ask you to spend more on traffic, we want the website, offer and measurement in good enough shape to make the spend worth testing.
1. Get the destination ready
The website should clearly explain the offer, work well on a phone and make the next step easy to understand before we start paying to send more people there.
2. Know what you are measuring
Forms, calls, landing pages and analytics should be set up so we can see what happens after someone clicks instead of judging the campaign only by impressions and traffic.
3. Then add paid traffic
When the destination and measurement are ready, we manage Google Ads or Meta Ads, watch what happens and adjust the campaigns based on what the data actually shows.
If paid traffic is not the right next move, we should tell you that before you spend a dollar on media.
Our fee is management.
Your ad spend goes to the platform.
Phase 3 bills you for managing the campaigns. Google or Meta bills you for the actual advertising. Those are two separate charges.

What that looks like
If you process with Phase 3 and choose a $2,000 monthly Google Ads budget:
Phase 3 bills you $599 for Growth management.
Google bills you $2,000 for the advertising spend.
The $2,000 does not pass through Phase 3 and we do not mark it up.
We do not mark up your media spend
Your ad budget stays on your Google or Meta account and is billed directly to you at the platform’s price. Phase 3 charges for managing the work, not for reselling the media.
The ad spend buys the traffic.
The management fee buys the work.
The platform charges for the advertising. Phase 3 handles the work around it: setup, landing pages, creative, targeting, measurement, optimization and reporting.
Campaign setup & structure
We build and organize the campaigns for the platform you are using, including the settings, audiences, budgets and structure needed to launch and manage them properly.
Landing pages
When a campaign needs a focused destination, we build landing pages around the offer instead of automatically sending every click to the homepage.
Targeting & waste reduction
We work the targeting, exclusions, search terms and other available controls to reduce spend on traffic that does not fit the campaign.
Creative & copy
We write and refresh the ads, offers and creative used in the campaigns, then adjust them based on what the platform data shows.
Tracking & measurement
We configure available call, form, campaign and analytics tracking so we can see more of what happens after someone clicks and where the data still has limits.
Ongoing optimization & reporting
We review performance, make campaign adjustments and give you a plain-English update on what we changed, what we saw and what deserves attention next.
The management fee pays for ongoing work, not a dashboard we turn on and forget.
