Phase 3 PAYMENTS
Phase 3 Digital

Google is still the front door.
It's just not the only one.

People can find a business through Google, Maps, local search and AI assistants. Those systems all need clear, consistent information about who you are, where you are and what you do.

Visibility adds ongoing local SEO, Google Business Profile management, Search Console, analytics, structured data and search work each month.

$299 a month when you process with Phase 3. $449 a month standalone. The managed website is included.

What we do each month

Getting found isn't
a one time setup.

Your business changes. Competitors change. Search results change. Visibility is the ongoing work of keeping your information accurate, your website useful and your search foundation in good shape.

Google Business Profile

We keep your categories, services, hours, photos and other important business information current and work the profile as part of your local search presence.

Local listings & citations

We work to keep your business name, address, phone number and key details consistent across the important listings and directories that represent your business online.

On page & technical SEO

Titles, headings, internal links, crawlability, site performance, schema and other technical foundations are reviewed and improved as the site changes.

Content people actually search for

We improve and add website content around the services, locations and questions that matter to your customers instead of chasing a generic keyword list.

Search Console & analytics

We use Search Console and analytics to see what people are finding, which pages get attention, where problems appear and what deserves a closer look next.

A report a human can explain

Each month you get a plain-English update on what changed, what we worked on, what we saw and what we plan to focus on next.

We can control the work. We cannot control Google's rankings or what an AI assistant chooses to say.

AI visibility

We can improve the signal.
We can’t control the answer.

AI assistants use changing models, sources and search systems to build their answers. We can make your business easier to understand and verify. We cannot decide whether an assistant chooses to mention you.

What we can work on

Clear business information

Your services, locations, hours and other important facts should be accurate and consistent.

Structured data

Schema and technical markup help machines understand what the business is, where it is and what it does.

Useful answers on the site

Pages should answer the real questions customers ask in clear language.

Strong search foundations

Crawlability, technical SEO, local information and useful content still matter.

Public information that agrees

The website, Google Business Profile and other important sources should not tell different stories about the same business.

What we cannot promise

That an assistant names you

No one can guarantee that your business appears for a specific question.

An “AI ranking”

There is no single position we can buy or guarantee across AI assistants.

The exact answer

The same question can produce different answers as models, sources and context change.

That it stays the same

AI systems change constantly. A result today is not a permanent placement.

That good structure guarantees a mention

Making the business easier to understand improves the foundation. It does not control what the model chooses to say.

The goal is not to game an AI assistant. It is to make your business easier to understand, verify and find wherever customers are looking.

How AI visibility actually works →

Check our work

Ask the assistants.
Then check the sources.

We sell AI visibility, so do not take our explanation at face value. Use the assistant you already use. The prompt asks it to research how local business answers are built, what a business can influence and what nobody can guarantee.

Research what actually influences AI visibility.

Use current sources. Explain how AI assistants surface local businesses, which signals a business can improve, what cannot be controlled and whether Phase 3 describes it accurately on this page.

Each button opens the same detailed research prompt in a new tab. Nothing is submitted until you send it.

AI can still get things wrong. Read the citations and compare the answer with current documentation and the claims on this page. Find something inaccurate about Phase 3? Send it to us and we will correct what we control.

Visibility FAQ

We can promise the work.
Not the position.

Search has too many variables for honest guarantees. Here is what we can control, what we cannot and what the monthly Visibility work is actually trying to improve.

No. We can control the work we do on the website, Google Business Profile, technical SEO, local information, content and reporting. We cannot control Google's algorithm or guarantee a specific organic position for a specific search.
There is no honest universal timeline. Competition, location, the condition of the current website, existing search visibility and the work required all matter. Some changes can be visible quickly. Others take longer. We report what is changing rather than inventing a date we cannot control.
We can improve the information those systems may find by making your website, structured data and public business information clearer and more consistent. We cannot guarantee that ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity or another assistant will mention, cite, rank or recommend your business.
For a local business, it is one of the major places Google gets information about your location, hours, services and business details. Keeping it accurate and actively managed supports the broader local search work, but the profile alone does not guarantee rankings or calls.
Review generation and response management are not automatically included unless your plan or scope says they are. We do not buy reviews, fabricate reviews or create fake customer feedback. If reviews are a priority, we will tell you exactly what is included and what would require additional work.
The work can include Google Business Profile management, local listing accuracy, technical SEO, Search Console, analytics, structured data, website improvements and search focused content. The exact priorities change based on what the business needs and what the data shows.
Then the goal is not to manufacture a problem. We review what is already working, what is vulnerable and whether the Visibility plan would actually add value. If your current search setup is already in good shape, we would rather tell you that than sell work the business does not need.

Tell us what isn't working.
We'll tell you what's worth changing.

Tell us what you are trying to fix or improve. We will tell you what should stay, what is worth changing and where Phase 3 can help.

Sometimes the honest answer is nothing.
