The way you get paid
Should fit the way you work.
A restaurant, a roofing company, and a medical office do not take payments the same way. The right setup depends on ticket size, card mix, how customers pay, where the sale happens, and what has to happen after it.
Start with your industry. Then we narrow it to the way your business actually runs.
Start with how
your business works.
The industry gives us a starting point. Your actual workflow, customers, card mix, systems, and payment habits determine the final setup.

more complex underwriting?
Some businesses need additional underwriting, different processing relationships, or closer review before an account can be approved. Tell us what you do and we will tell you whether Phase 3 can help.
Tell us what you do. We will look at how the business gets paid and tell you which Phase 3 options fit, or whether we are not the right fit.
Tell us what you do →Card mix can change
the right answer.
Debit, credit, prepaid, ticket size, current cost, and program rules can all change the comparison. Card mix matters because the programs do not affect every transaction the same way.
When more of your volume is debit
A credit card surcharge does not apply to debit cards. If debit represents a meaningful share of your card volume, that can leave more processing cost with the business.
That does not automatically make another program better. It means your actual card mix matters more when we compare the options.
When more of your volume is credit
A larger share of eligible credit card volume can narrow the modeled difference between surcharge and other pricing programs.
Customer experience, program rules, current processing cost, and how you want prices presented still matter before choosing a program.
Industry tells us where to start. Your statement tells us what is actually true.
